TPI Certified Medical Professional

Golf has always been a way for me to unwind and enjoy time with friends, but as I hit my 40s, my body began asking for more strength and mobility just to keep up. God gave us one body to steward during our time on Earth, and as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and avid golf enthusiast, I know firsthand how targeted daily movement can make all the difference. My goal with The Daily Range is to combine evidence-based Physical Therapy with functional golf training, helping you move effortlessly on the course, play pain-free, and enjoy the game for years to come.

App Features Include..

Workout of the Day

No guesswork. No wasted time. Every day, you'll get a fresh, expertly designed 30-45 minute workout engineered to maximize your results. Just show up and outwork your yesterday.

The Locker Room

The best ability is availability. In the Locker Room, you'll find specialized routines designed to target common golf injuries- like lower back pain, golfer's elbow , rotator cuff strains and hip tightness.

Tee Time

Don't waste the first three holes warming up on the course. Tee Time delivers smart, hyper-efficient game-day routines designed to prime your body before you step onto the first tee box. After your round, Tee Time gives you post-round recovery routines to decrease muscle pain and soreness.

19th Hole Fix

Decompress, Diagnose, and Correct. Don't just complain about your round at the 19th hole- fix it. This is the "scorecard fix" section that gives you options on how to improve based on your latest round of golf. Slicing the ball off the tee? Losing distance on the back nine? Catching it fat, or fighting hip tightness? Simply select the miss that frustrated your round, and let TDR give you a corrective routine to flush out the tightness that caused it, ensuring you show up to your next round completely reset.

Caddie Notes

Bad days or rounds sometimes start between the ears. Caddie Notes delivers a quick, daily word of encouragement and mindset strategy straight to your screen. Think of it as your daily sheet for resilience, focus and confidence- help you navigate life's hazards and keep you pushing toward the green.

TDR Merch

Look good, feel good, play better. Explore our curated drop of premium training apparel, golf essentials and hats. Built to handle explosive workouts and long days on the course. TDR Merch ensures you look like a pro, even before you tee off.
